Deepika Chand

Deepika Chand is quintessentially artistic and sees herself as a Poet, Artist, Mystic, Empath, Forest Lover, Tea Person, and a Mind Wandress. She has won Editors Choice Awards in the U.S. in the past. More recently she was honored by 'The Nissim International Poetry Prize' 2020. In addition, she is the published author of her Debut Book ‘The Blue Hours’ co-authored with Professor & Pushcart Nominee Dr. Koshy A.V., released in August 2020. She periodically lends her poems to prestigious Anthologies and presently writes in her new glowing Avataar ‘JUGNI (The Mind Wandress) which is an explorative inward journey in conversation with her Alter Ego. She also paints 'Abstract Figuratives' and 'Portraitures' her canvases embellish homes all over the globe. Three of her paintings have graced the covers of Karamvir Puruskaar Awardee Rashmi Anand's Books.
