Dr. Deviyani Singh has a PhD in International Terrorism & was awarded the ICSSR open Doctoral Fellowship. She has a double M.A. She taught at Delhi University and worked with the Lok Sabha Secretariat as Executive Officer in the Committee on External Affairs.
